KidMemoir helps families organize childhood memories, media and important dates in a private digital archive.

The service may evolve as features develop. Material changes will be communicated through appropriate channels.

You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials confidential and protect activity under your account.

• A valid email address is required
• Accounts must not be shared without authorization
• Suspected unauthorized access should be reported
• Anyone adding child data must have appropriate parental or representative authority

You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of uploaded content and for holding all necessary permissions.

You are expected to consider the child's privacy, best interests and future digital reputation.

The service must not be used for unlawful, harmful, abusive purposes or to infringe the rights of others.

• Unauthorized access or bypassing safeguards
• Malware, automated attacks or service disruption
• Uploading third-party content without permission
• Content that endangers a child's safety or privacy
• Fraudulent, deceptive or illegal activity

You retain your rights in your content. You allow us to store, process and display it only as needed to provide features you request.

Keeping an appropriate backup copy of important content is recommended.

The KidMemoir brand, software, interface and original service materials are protected by applicable intellectual property rights.

Copying, reverse engineering or commercial redistribution without permission is prohibited.

Premium features will be subject to the scope and limits shown on the plan page. Price, renewal, cancellation and refund terms will be shown before purchase when payments launch.

No payment is currently collected and paid subscription processing is not yet available.

We work to keep the service reliable, but maintenance, security, infrastructure or events outside our control may cause temporary interruptions.

Material planned maintenance will be announced when practical.

KidMemoir is not a medical, legal or professional assessment service. Summaries and future AI outputs do not replace professional advice.

Liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law; rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.

Access may be restricted for serious violations, security risks or legal obligations. Notice and a chance to respond will be provided where appropriate.

Account closure and data rights remain subject to the Privacy Policy.

Terms may be updated as the service or law changes. Reasonable notice will be provided before material changes take effect.
